RULES FOR SUBMISSION AND REVIEW

Dear applicants,

Please read carefully the requirements for electronic requests.

Electronic appeals of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as citizens), and legal entities addressed to the dispensary administration are sent and considered in accordance with the requirements Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law).

In accordance with the requirements of the Law, electronic appeals are set out in the following pages: in Belarusian or Russian.

An electronic appeal of a citizen must contain::

  • surname, proper name, patronymic or initials of the citizen;
  • address of the citizen’s place of residence (place of stay) ;
  • statement of the appeal’s essence;
  • the citizen’s email address.

An electronic request of a legal entity must contain the following information::

  • full name of the legal entity;
  • location of the legal entity;
  • statement of the appeal’s essence;
  • last name, proper name, patronymic of the person authorized to sign appeals;
  • email address of the legal entity.

Electronic requests must be reviewed no later than 15 days, and those requiring additional study and verification-no later than 1 month.

Responses to electronic appeals are sent in electronic form to the e-mail address specified in the electronic appeal, or in written form at the place of residence (residence) of a citizen or the location of a legal entity in cases established by the Legislation of the Russian Federation. By law.

They are left without consideration on the merits of the request, which:

  • they are not written in Belarusian or Russian;
  • they do not contain the surname, proper name, patronymic, or address of the citizen’s place of residence (place of stay).;
  • do not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, surname, proper name, patronymic of the head or person authorized to sign appeals in accordance with the established procedure (for legal entities).;
  • they contain text that cannot be read;
  • they contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
  • in accordance with legislative acts, a different procedure for submitting and considering such appeals is established;
  • missed the deadline for submitting a complaint without a valid reason;
  • a second appeal has been submitted if it has already been considered on its merits and it does not contain new circumstances relevant for the consideration of the appeal on its merits;
  • correspondence with the applicant has been terminated.

If your request is of a personal nature and you would like to receive a substantive response to it, you should send the request to our address by regular mail, having issued it in accordance with the requirements of the Law “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”.
